Simplifying access to digital services while accelerating projects: that is CANUT’s promise. After its first year of implementation, the AMOE framework agreement is already demonstrating its tangible impact for clients and partners.

A Pivotal First Year for the CANUT AMOE Framework Agreement

The year 2025 marked a major milestone as the first year of implementation for our AMOE Services Framework Agreement, launched by the Digital and Telecom Purchasing Group (CANUT). See our previous article on this topic.

A driver of business development and customer loyalty

The AMOE framework agreement has proven to be a real catalyst:

  • It helps strengthen existing partnerships by opening up new areas of collaboration
  • It fosters the development of business relationships with a wide range of public sector entities (federal agencies, local governments, healthcare organizations, etc.)

A comprehensive and operational service offering

Under this framework agreement, Sully Group has deployed a wide range of services covering the entire project lifecycle:

  • Project management
  • Requirements analysis and structuring
  • Application support
  • Application development and maintenance
  • Audit services

These services demonstrate our ability to provide comprehensive support to our clients, from the initial definition of requirements through to deployment and ongoing operational maintenance.

Strengthened Relationships

Engagement with stakeholders in the initiative was strengthened during the “Regional Tours” events, particularly in Bordeaux and Nancy in 2025. These gatherings provided valuable opportunities for building connections, fostering direct dialogue, and developing new opportunities.

In this vein, the next Regional Tour organized by CANUT is scheduled for October 8, 2026, in Lyon, confirming CANUT’s and its members’ commitment to a long-term regional engagement.

Furthermore, alongside our partners Klee and Cober, we are actively continuing to develop our initiatives to serve CANUT’s beneficiaries.

A high-value-added solution for clients

For both existing and prospective clients, working with CANUT offers a major strategic advantage:

  • Quick response to needs, whether one-time or long-term
  • Ability to undertake short- or long-term projects
  • Simplified administrative procedures
  • Easier access to qualified services

CANUT thus offers both large enterprises and smaller organizations direct and rapid access to digital services within a secure and cost-effective framework.

This system also ensures effective service continuity, particularly for projects already managed by the Sully Group, by offering an alternative to the sometimes cumbersome procedures of public procurement.

Confirmed Momentum

Since the fourth quarter of 2025, there has been a significant increase in opportunities. Against the backdrop of a tight IT market, this momentum demonstrates:

  • the relevance of the central purchasing model,
  • its operational efficiency,
  • and the trust placed in it by its beneficiaries.

Ongoing Development

We are pleased with our partnership with CANUT, which complements our offerings, and believe we can continue to build on it in the coming months.
